Is this on Canvas or Drawing Paper? What forms of art and illustration do you prefer?

This is in my sketch book. As water color works best on paper and is almost impossible on canvas, but I'm sure someone would find a way.
I prefer making my own comics.

We got a new addition to our family. A carpet python. She's about 6ft long. I haven't decided what to name her yet. I'm thinking either Cotton Candy or Donut.
